J147 – what is it?

J147 (2,2,2-trifluoroacetic acid 1-(2,4-dimethylphenyl)-2-[(3-methoxyphenyl)methylene]hydrazide) is a formulation invented in 2011. This compound is derived from curcumin, the active ingredient in turmeric. Unlike curcumin, it can cross the blood-brain barrier. It is also referred to as N-(2,4-dimethylphenyl)-2,2,2-trifluoro-N’-[(E)-(3-methoxyphenyl)methylene]acetohydrazide. Research on the drug’s use focuses primarily on its contribution to the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease. But this is not the only use of the product. Protects brain cells from progressive neurodegenerative processes. It can support memory and facilitate learning, as can Fl Modafinil. This means that it differs from other nootropics in both neuroprotective and neurogenic activity, and slows down the aging process.

Use of curcumin derivative

Thus, it normalizes ATP levels and reduces the formation of oxidative stress, i.e. excessive accumulation of free radicals that can accelerate the aging process.

J147 dosage

It is recommended to take J147 at a dose of 5 to 30 mg. The most common dosage is in the range of 10-20 mg per day. You can start by taking a smaller dose, and if it is well tolerated by the body – increase the amount taken per day.
