Shipping

  • All orders are processed as quickly as possible. Usually the same business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
  • We ship products on business days from Monday to Friday. Occasionally also on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • We ship products only after payment is credited to your bank account or to your wallet account in the case of Bitcoin. If you want to make a payment in BTC contact us by email.
  • Parcels are sent at least once a day.
  • We send parcels on Parcel Post and by Polish Post with priority registered letters.
  • Foreign shipping is carried out by the Polish Postal Service by registered priority mail.
  • If you are ordering products abroad, we will give you a “tracking number”, which is a parcel tracking number through the Polish postal operator, Poczta Polska. You will also receive a website address where you can track your shipment.
  • We do not send packages by regular mail.
  • Parcels are always shipped from the territory of the Republic of Poland.
  • If you are ordering a package to Poland and you care about the tracking number, please contact us by email we will provide you with the tracking number. Generally, shipments reach the addressee within a maximum of 2d business days after posting.
  • Orders are processed only after payment is credited to the bank account. We do not send an order on the basis of a print-screen of the completed transaction.
  • The maximum waiting period for a placed order in the territory of the Republic of Poland is up to 14 calendar days. The delay in product delivery is subject to change due to conditions on the availability of semi-finished products internationally. If there is a delay in the delivery of your order we will inform you by email.

Terms and conditions of the online store

  • We are a Polish chemical laboratory that synthesizes and produces chemicals for universities and commercial companies. All products offered are manufactured in Poland.
  • Everything we produce is Made in Poland which we are proud of!
  • The offered reagents, are substances of very high chemical purity, which must be handled with care.
  • Each of the products we offer achieves purity of more than 99% or more of a given chemical in the net weight of the product offered.
  • All the products we offer can only be used for laboratory or scientific purposes. The offered products are not for consumption!
  • We are not responsible or liable for the buyer’s use of the product not as intended.
  • Take precautions when working with chemicals. It is essential to use disposable gloves to protect your hands with every single substance.
  • A laboratory apron is necessary, which must be worn before working with the substance. Some of the products offered can be inhaled via the respiratory tract so it is necessary to use a respirator.
  • How do you handle a substance? You will get this information from the MDS card that we provide to each customer upon request.
  • Each of the products offered is labeled in accordance with the requirements of the Law of February 25, 2011 on chemical substances and their mixtures.

Quality

All products offered are tested for quality using two methods:

  • Spectrography.
  • Chromatography.
  • We test products for the presence of heavy metals PPM.
  • Synthesis is carried out under laboratory conditions in accordance with ISO 14001.

Complaints policy

  • In order to properly process your complaint, we need test results including a spectrogram and chromatogram. Such tests can be ordered from a number of Polish laboratories.
  • If the product does not meet the quality criteria we will refund your money. Naturally, after returning the product to the buyer. We only accept complaints regarding the quality of our product or non-delivery of the product or damage to the shipment during transportation.
  • We reimburse money for commissioned physical and chemical tests. Provided they are tests performed in Poland at average market prices of laboratories. The test results and their interpretation must be provided in Polish or English.
