What is phosphatidylserine?

Phosphatidylserine is a compound that occurs naturally in the body and is part of cell membranes. The compound is known to be particularly abundant in neurons of the central nervous system. It has a beneficial effect on brain function, affecting transmitter synthesis and nerve transmission. Other names for this compound include Phosphatidylserine, PS, PtdSer.

Phosphatidylserine deficiency in the body is accompanied by deterioration of brain function. This therefore means problems with memory and concentration, greater susceptibility of the body to stress, and chronic fatigue. To prevent this, it is worth supplementing this compound.

The use of phosphatidylserine

Phosphatidylserine is a preparation dedicated to people who study and work mentally, and who need natural brain support. The compound can improve memory and concentration, as well as enhance information processing. This has been confirmed in clinical trials. First, taking 400 mg of phosphatidylserine for just 2 weeks has been shown to significantly improve mental function. Mechanism of action

Phosphatidylserine is a compound that maintains optimal fluidity of neuronal cell membranes and ensures proper plasticity of nerve synapses.
